Issued by the Supreme Court of Texas to govern behavior of Law Clerks and Staff Attorneys.
Comply with all Provisions of he Texas Penal Code
Upon accepting an offer of employment from the Court, law clerks and staff attorneys are subject and shall comply with all provisions of the Texas Penal Code, including Chapter 36.
