Kim Buser serves as an Ethics Attorney in the Austin office of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel and has been licensed in Texas for over 20 years. She counsels Texas attorneys on their ethical obligations under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct. After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law in 2000, her practice has included intellectual property litigation, social security disability advocacy, and contracts negotiation. In 1997, Kim graduated in three years with honors as a journalism major at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
In her personal time, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, volunteering in her boys’ schools, running, and playing or watching soccer.
