Texas Loses a Leader in Legal Ethics and Professionalism
The Texas Center for Legal Ethics mourns the passing of Judge Will Garwood of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit this past Friday. Judge Garwood was not only a gifted and respected jurist and lawyer, he exemplified throughout his long career the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Just last month, he was awarded the Chief Justice Jack Pope Professionalism Award by the Texas Center for Legal Ethics for his leadership in the legal profiession.
