TCLE Launches Dedicated Web Page for New Lawyer Course
The Texas Center for Legal Ethics recently launched a new web page dedicated exclusively to the mandated course for newly licensed Texas attorneys, the Justice James A. Baker Guide to Ethics and Professionalism in Texas. The page offers important facts about the requirement including a deadline calculator which is based on the attorney’s law license date. This will allow quick access to the appropriate course based on the deadline. Attorneys can also view the Supreme Court order pertaining to the course requirement.
