Judge Higginbotham and Attorney Cortell Honored as Recipients of Chief Justice Jack Pope Award
Judge Patrick Higginbotham of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and Dallas attorney Nina Cortell of Haynes and Boone were honored as the 2013 recipients of the Chief Justice Jack Pope Professionalism Awards at the 18th Annual John Hemphill Dinner on June 14 in Austin. The Awards were presented by Chief Justice Wallace Jefferson and Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Jennifer Walker Elrod.
