This course explores how lawyers can develop their professional reputation. It is designed for lawyers of all experience levels, including new lawyers who struggle with these issues and their more senior colleagues who want to provide useful guidance.

Course Description

Every new lawyer, whether intentionally or not, develops a professional reputation. You may be viewed as someone who embodies honesty and civility or as someone who gets the job done by utilizing any potential strategies not strictly prohibited by the ethics rules, or something in between. In this program, a distinguished panel of judges and bar leaders discuss how lawyers can improve the legal profession by cultivating a professional reputation for ethical behavior.
